The location was absolutely stunning, with mind-blowing views over the valley. The property was clean and well-furnished, with super comfy beds. The kitchen, diner, and sitting room provided a great space to relax, and the balcony was a jaw-dropping bonus. The kitchen was well-equipped and the WiFi was excellent. We also appreciated the complimentary parking and enjoyed watching shows on the flat-screen TV. It was also great that pets were allowed and there was a no-smoking policy on site. an exceptional stay with outstanding views and fantastic amenities.

We had a very lovely stay in Matlock just next door to the waterfall, both of which do food and a hill. We loved that it had stunning location close to the town centre. Satisfied with a wide TV, mirrors, as example available...

The property had stunning views, especially from the open plan kitchen and sitting area. The beds were comfortable and the bed linen was nice. The location was convenient, close to the town center and with easy access to key attractions in the area.
The property could have been cleaner, with some issues such as blocked shower drain and a non-working bathroom extractor. The lack of bins outside to handle rubbish when the small bin inside is full was inconvenient.

We loved the well-equipped kitchen and the bonus of a dishwasher. The location was ideal for exploring the local area and Matlock itself was a lovely town to visit. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi, free parking, flat-screen TV, and the fact that pets were allowed. It was the perfect getaway!

The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning, making it the highlight of the stay. the open, plan kitchen and sitting area provide a cozy space to relax and enjoy the scenery. the property is well, equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a well, stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and a large TV with Netflix and iPlayer. the location is convenient for exploring the nearby attractions, such as the waterfall and the town center.
The parking situation could be improved, as the steep gradient and limited space make it difficult for multiple cars.
